This July, at the JAG National Training Seminar in New Orleans, the JAG in Washington Sate was recognized multiple times as a performance champion. This is a great honor, especially as JWG was in its pilot year. Awardees were as follows:
- Christine Armstrong at Moses Lake High School, Serving the Right Students (multi-year)
- Carolyn Craig at New Market Skills Center, Serving the Right Students (senior year)
- Marilyn Conger at Puget Sound Skills Center, Outstanding New Specialist
Awards to the state included:
- Alternative Education Program — Targeting the Right Students
- Multi-Year Program — Targeting the Right Students
- Senior Year Program — Selecting the Right Students
